KAS 565 Production Inserting Systems KAS 565 Can process 8.5" x 11" to 8.5" x 14" cut sheet documents, groups of documents as a set, fold or no fold, selectively calls from multiple insert stations, and precisely inserts and seals the total package into a utility style up to a 6" x 9" envelope. Accumulates sheets plus inserts on demand as a set for any customer in the run. Handles limited sizes and weights of recycled and virgin paper and inserts the documents plus additional insert material from up to 10 insert feeders into variable size envelopes at a consistent high processing speed of up to 7,200 cycles per hour.
KAS 465 Flats Inserting Systems KAS 465 offers an effective approach to automatic inserting. The durable construction of this inserting system will enable it to handle large volumes. Quick changeover and ease of use make it suitable for short run use also. When there are a large number of documents or bulky material the 465 will insert into larger envelopes up to oversize 9" x 13", ¾" thick. |
