Our High Speed Addressing and Tabbing Systems offer superior performance with excellent quality. Features include vacuum transport for precise registration of difficult materials and high quality heavy-duty friction feeders for reliable feeding. Tabbers can apply up to 3 tabs as well as postage stamps. Several models are available for table top and production applications.
The ACCUFAST PMx is equipped with an imager system that may be highly customized. The two imager mounting bars support up to 4 imagers, each with as many as 4 cartridges (3 cartridges is standard). The combination above consists of a satellite imager with two individually mounted cartridges, a single auto capping and a single manual capping imager. This machine will print two 1.5” bands and two .5” bands on pieces up to .5” thick. This application was created to print blocks of information on a publication with two small bar codes and text at the bottom of the book.
Accufast PMx High Speed Printing System The ACCUFAST P8 features two banks of 4 print cartridges each (that's where the 8 comes from) to give a full 4 inches of print. Each imager can be positioned over a 14 inch print path and controlled by either including print manager software or a Vista compliant Print Driver. Imagers may be individually positioned vertically to give improved print quality on uneven materials. Material is transported through the P8 by a vacuum belt system at speeds up to 100 inches per second. Pieces over .250 inch thick may be successfully run.

Accufast P4The ACCUFAST ET is a tabbing machine that has more uses than we have space to explain them. The essence of the ET is that it tabs both booklets and self mailers with the appropriate tabs in the correct spots automatically. Very little set up and operator interaction is required. Just select the correct Tab Mode, load the proper tabs, and feed pieces from whatever device you choose on the front end. Clean out the waste when it's full and splice on another strip of tabs when the first one runs out.

Feeders and Conveyors
Our Feeders and Conveyors are designed to work with our machine modules. Different features and capacities have been built into the feeding systems based on applications.
The HDF features a large motor, reinforced paper guides, card stack pressure plates, oscillating feeder rolls and twin separators. Designed as a professional grade friction feeder, it can be ordered as a table top unit or on a variety of stands depending on application.
The 3x13VT Vacuum Transport adds a UV Cure system with integrated controls, a 220 VAC power supply, UV and temperature resistant belts, and a vacuum transport. The 3x13VT-UV offers three inches of curing for a very affordable price.
